About Working at Speech Up

Speech Up Speech Therapy, Inc. is a family-centered pediatric speech-language practice serving infants, toddlers, and young children across Santa Clarita, Acton, Agua Dulce and the Antelope Valley.


Our foundation is rooted in early intervention and play-based, evidence-based therapy that supports meaningful communication within everyday routines. As our practice continues to grow, we are expanding services to support children across a broader range of developmental stages and communication needs in home, community, clinic, and teletherapy settings.


We are a small, supportive team that values collaboration, flexibility, and compassionate care for both families and clinicians. Our goal is to create an environment where therapists feel respected, encouraged, and empowered to do their best work while helping children build the skills they need to connect with the world around them.

Open Positions

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Provide pediatric speech-language therapy in home, community, clinic, and teletherapy settings.
Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment, caregiver coaching, supervision and collaboration with early intervention teams.


Employment type: Part-time or Full-time
Service areas: Santa Clarita, Acton, Agua Dulce, Antelope Valley
Compensation: Competitive and based on experience


Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Provide direct therapy services under SLP supervision using play-based, family-centered approaches.
Participate in caregiver education, documentation, and team collaboration.


Employment type: Part-time or Full-time
Service areas: Santa Clarita, Acton, Agua Dulce, Antelope Valley
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
